One of the things that makes it easy to come back to festivals over and over again is how the returning booths change.
One booth that keeps us on our toes is Vibrante & Vivido! The first year we saw this booth, the food was inspired by Mary Blair, the famous Disney artist who brought us artwork for Disney icons like “it’s a small world.”
This year, the booth promised South American flavors combined with Blair’s signature bright art style, and boy did it deliver! Last year Vibrante & Vivido was given an Encanto-inspired makeover.

What’s in store for the ever-changing booth this year? Keep reading to find out!
Menu
Vibrante & Vivido has brought back the colorful dishes we remember from last year. So far, the entire menu from last year is returning.
All three drinks, including the Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie, are returning this year.
Items
We started off with their Spicy Ajiaco Soup. This soup is filled with tasty ingredients, including guajillo and árbol chili-spiced chicken, potato, avocado, corn, and crème fraîche. This soup is not for the faint of heart! If you like your food spicy, you can get a bowl for $6.50.
You want to talk about SPICE? This soup was super spicy but in the best way possible. You don’t often get a lot of spice from Disney food, so we were happy to taste a dish that wasn’t afraid to really pack a punch. The corn was surprisingly one of the best parts! We thought this soup was overall delicious and was especially comforting considering it was very windy and rainy outside.

Next we had their Chorizo and Potato Empanada. This house-made dish is served with turmeric aïoli and annatto aïoli, and makes for a pretty hearty plate. Last year we really enjoyed this empanada, and if you did too you’ll be happy to know it’s part of the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine again this year! You can try this out for $6.75.
This empanada was spicy too, but not as spicy as the soup. We didn’t think it was too hot to enjoy, but more of an energetic compliment to the other flavors. If you like a little bit of spice in your food you should try this out. The outside was nice and flaky too.

If you’re craving something sweet you can sample their Passion Fruit Mousse. It comes with dragon fruit jam for a totally fruity dish and can be found at Vibrante & Vivido for $5. We LOVED this dessert the first time we tried it and last year it was just as good, so how does it measure up in 2023?
This is a classic Disney mousse. The flavor is very light, so don’t expect something too overwhelming. We enjoyed the refreshing flavor after our spicy food!

Feeling thirsty? Let’s check out their drinks!
Drinks
It’s hard to beat a classic Frozen Piña Colada. You can get one for $14 at this booth, and we enjoyed the strong coconut flavor. If you’re looking for a cocktail that isn’t too sweet, we would recommend this one.
The other cocktail at Vibrante & Vivido is their Passion Fruit Daiquiri for $14. You can’t really taste the alcohol in here, which could be a good thing or a bad thing!
If you’d prefer something non-alcoholic, check out their Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie. While “coconut” is the first thing mentioned in the name, we could taste a lot more passion fruit in this drink. You can try it out for yourself for $4.75.
After all of our spicy food we had to get a smoothie to cool ourselves off!

So what did we think about this booth?
OVERALL
We were very impressed with Vibrante & Vivido! Their savory dishes had tons of flavor that surprised us (in a good way!). The mousse was the perfect treat to refresh your palette, and they have a great selection of drinks that all pair well with these offerings. This booth just might be in the running for our favorite of the festival! If you want to see where it ends up in our rankings, stay tuned to our site!
