Wanna know how to get Disney World merchandise for CHEAP?
Let’s go shopping!
No, we’re not talking about Annual Passholder discounts or sales on shopDisney. There’s a much more direct way to score some discounted souvenirs, although, you will have to go out of your way to do the shopping. Have you ever heard of the Disney Character Warehouse?
The Disney Character Warehouse is a store with two locations in Orlando that offers old Disney World merch at a discount…sometimes a really BIG discount! You’ll find these stores on Vineland Road and International Drive, located inside the outlet malls on those roads.

We recently stopped by the International Drive location to see what they had in store, and there was a LOT to choose from! Mostly, you’ll find merchandise that’s a little out of season. For instance, we spotted this Mickey Pumpkin Pillow from last year’s Halloween collection for $9.99.

There are typically at least one pair of Minnie ears in stock at these stores, and we found some designs from several months back, like these pearl ones, for $15.99 each.

Earlier this year, the Main Street Electrical Parade returned to Disneyland Park for a limited run, and celebrated its 50th Anniversary. The parade has closed its run again though, so some of the anniversary merchandise has arrived in the outlet stores. This lighted wall decor was available for $20.99.

If you’re hoping to stock up on the blue and white Mickey Mouse kitchen collection, then you’ll want to stop by ASAP! Many of the items were in stock, including bowls, mugs, fake plants, plates, and more.

And there’s also almost always a selection of Disney apparel available. We noticed quite a few t-shirts available, including some apparel from the 2022 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival.

Behind the counter, there’s a chance that you’ll find some of Disney’s more expensive souvenirs. We noticed a few different bags, namely from older Dooney & Bourke collections.

So next time you’re in the area, don’t skip out on the Disney Character Warehouse! It’s not just Disney World merch in here — we’ve also seen items from Disneyland Resort and Disney Cruise Line in the past. It’s definitely a challenge to walk in and not spend any money.
