We’re getting a LOT of new additions to Disney World soon!
Disney’s BoardWalk
EPCOT is in the middle of a massive transformation that will add new buildings and the Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana attraction. Toy Story Land is currently under construction for a new gift shop, as well as a new restaurant, Roundup Rodeo BBQ. A while back, Disney announced that changes would be coming to the BoardWalk as well, and now, we’ve got more information about a NEW restaurant!
Disney announced on Twitter that BoardWalk Deli, a Northeastern-style deli with a brand-new menu will be opening THIS summer! The new restaurant will serve fresh deli sandwiches, freshly baked bread, and a selection of bakery items.

Disney had revealed previously that a sandwich shop would replace BoardWalk Bakery, and now the Disney World website confirms that BoardWalk Deli will be taking over that spot. It will open later this summer to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it will serve options like an overstuffed warm pastrami Reuben and hand-piped cannolis.

However, as we mentioned above, the addition of BoardWalk Deli isn’t the only change coming to this resort. The lobby of the BoardWalk Inn, as well as the rooms, will be getting some updates. These updates will include a new coffee bar in the lobby! On top of that, The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers will be joining the list of restaurants here as well.
