The Unexpected 50th Anniversary Disney Item That Is Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to Buy!

Disney has released a LOT of merchandise in celebration of the 50th Anniversary.

Some of it has sold out super quick, while other items have been more available or have been restocked. Several items have had expected costs, while others have been INCREDIBLY expensive. And some of the limited-edition items have been particularly difficult to get your hands on. Now we’re sharing a look at one 50th Anniversary item that is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find!

Not too long ago some NEW 50th Anniversary Minnie Ears arrived at a somewhat unexpected place. No, it wasn’t the Disney Store. It wasn’t the Disney Parks or Disney Springs or shopDisney. Nope, if you’re looking for these ears you’ll have to head to…TARGET! (As if we needed another reason to stop by Target.)

We’ve got to admit, these ears are pretty gorgeous. They’ve got a beautiful pattern on them, with an ombre color design in the background, plus a shiny gold bow in the center.

On the side they’ve got the Disney World 50th Anniversary logo embroidered on them. The ears are priced at $19.99.

But, if you (like many) have fallen in love with these ears and want to get them A.S.A.P., there are a few things you should know. First, the ears are marked as girls’ ears, meaning they could be a bit on the smaller side.

Second, they are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find. The ears are not available for shipping, meaning you won’t be able to buy them online from the comfort of your couch and have them sent to you. For the zip codes we checked, the website also noted that it could not be ordered online for pickup at a local store.

It appears these ears are also only available in a very limited number of stores, potentially just those Target stores with designated Disney Store sections within them. We noticed that it specified that it is only available at Target and Disney retail and e-commerce locations.

When we searched for a zip code near Disney World, we saw that one store in Winter Park had limited stock. But other store locations specifically said that the item is not sold at that store (as opposed to being out of stock). And other stores noted that the item was simply “out of stock.”
