Neil Patrick Harris Comments on Missing Disney World’s Candlelight Processional

Last year, we really missed the Candlelight Processional, which is one of the best parts of the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays.

The event, which has a celebrity narrator tells the story of Christmas while backed by a live orchestra and choir, is a must-see during the holidays at Disney World. The Candlelight Processional returned to Disney World this year after a year off, but among the celebrity narrators, a fan-favorite was missing: Neil Patrick Harris. And now the actor has commented on having to miss out on this year’s event and he commented on next year’s event.

Neil Patrick Harris took to his Instagram to acknowledge that he misses the Candlelight Processional. In the post, he wrote: “Happy to be safe and sound at the Funhouse Farm, but must admit I’m missing the @waltdisneyworld #candlelightprocessional right about now.” Same, Neil, same, we miss you, too!

He continued, “I hope it’s still awesome this year, and can’t wait to be back in 2022.”

And that gives us hope for next year’s event to see him narrate again! We know what a big Disney fan Neil is, and we love him for it!

In the meantime, though, we attended this year’s first Candlelight Processional, which was narrated by Auli’i Cravalho, the voice of Moana!
