Boma, located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, is consistently rated a fan-favorite Disney World restaurant.
Boma is a buffet restaurant that has been closed since the Disney World closure in March of 2020. Now Boma is finally reopening on August 20th as the first buffet to reopen in Disney World and reservations opened up today! Disney also released Boma’s menus for breakfast and dinner, so let’s go over it!
Breakfast Buffet
Boma’s breakfast menu will include classic breakfast items like Pancakes, Waffles, Bacon and Sausage, Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Pudding, Carved Ham, Coconut Steel-cut Oatmeal, Turkey Bobotie, Deviled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Hard-boiled Eggs, Avocado, Papaya, Grapefruit Salad, and more.
You can also order Omelets, with options such as Ham and Swiss, Western with Ham, Peppers, Onions, and Cheddar, Egg White with Roasted Red Pepper, Spinach, and Feta, and Plant-based Bobotie.
For breakfast, you can order coffee and water beverages along with specialty drinks such as Press Pot with Joffrey’s Kenyan Coffee, Watermelon Lemonade, and Sparkling No-Jito, which is made with fresh limes, agave nectar, and mint topped with soda water.
