Welcome back to another weekly roundup on the latest Disney World park hours and current Park Pass Reservation availability for the week of May 23rd, 2021!
The last week has brought some big changes to Disney World, including the outdoor face mask mandate being modified to increased capacity in the parks and on certain rides and attractions. Let’s take a look and see if these changes have had a noticeable impact on park hours or Park Pass availability!
Disney World Park Hours the Week of May 23rd
For the week of May 23rd, each of the four theme parks seems to have the same daily operating hours as they have in recent weeks. Magic Kingdom will be open each day from 8AM-9PM.
Next week, EPCOT (along with the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival) will be open from 11AM-10PM daily.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open daily next week from 9AM-8PM.
Last but not least, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be open next week from 8AM-7PM daily.
As far as park hours go, it looks to be business as usual following all of the recent developments regarding social distancing and park capacity. Hours are always subject to change, so we’ll keep a close watch on the operating calendar and we will let you know if we notice any modifications!

From Tuesday, May 25th and Wednesday, May 26th, Annual Passholders can book a Park Pass Reservation at EPCOT.
If there’s a park you wish to visit next week and cannot book a Park Pass Reservation for, keep in mind that you can always hop to that park after 2PM if you have the Park Hopper option added to your ticket. Just make sure you have scanned into your first park of the day. And keep your eyes peeled because additional Disney World park passes could be added for next week.
Be sure to check back each week as we provide updates on the latest park hour and Park Pass Reservation availability information! With so much changing lately, it’s more important than ever to see what the Park Pass situation looks like so you can be prepared for those summer crowds!
Because they’re double dipping into DVC resorts as other resorts & non DVC rooms are still closed. You’re welcome Walt Disney Company.
For those of you who may not understand. All of the DVC Resorts are open. Many DVC members who are still paying, dues, maintenance, taxes & mortgages can’t use their time b/c if state quarantines, country quarantines, etc. So DVC is making money left & right on renting out these rooms that members cannot use. We do NOT get kickbacks or credits. We did get a credit in 2021 for the 3 months our resorts were closed in. 2020. As a person who has over 500 points paying $4k plies in fees, not mortgages, I got ~$600. Glad I can use my time. But don’t be disillusioned that they’re not making up ni ey everywhere they can. And our contracts are cut 3 months short. No extensions, which I’m sure won’t help most at the ages of 70-90 ( 40-50. Years, guessing many families buy in their 20s-30s-40s).
If you builkd it, they will come. It is built. Folks want to come. Hope behind the scenes things are gearig up fast for a return to normal. OH Governor Dewine gave the three week countdown for vaccines. June 2 = no mask mandate. YEAH. Hope WDW and Orange County make the same decision. (Science says it is okay.)
