The Subtle Dessert Price Increase You Probably Didn’t Notice in Disney World

We keep a close eye on allll the little changes around Disney World so we can give you the most up-to-date information.

That includes changes to safety procedures, closures, and even the color of cocktails! And of course, we’re keeping an eye on any price changes, too. So when we noticed a price increase on a Disney World dessert, we just had to let ya know!

Mickey Mouse Celebration Cakes are served at Disney World hotels to help you mark your special occasion! You can order one in white chocolate or chocolate, and they’ll serve 4-6 people each.

Since they rolled out in the resorts in 2017, these cakes have cost $35. But that’s changing! They’re now listed at $39 apiece. You’ll notice that price change when you go to place your Mobile Order!

While all the hotel menus list the cakes as $39, a placard at The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom does still list them as $35. We’re expecting this to change soon, though!

They’re still $35 here!
