When you’re at Disney World, pin trading is basically a sport. There are pins for hotels, rides, characters, and even pins you can only get by trading with Cast Members.

New pins are constantly being released, so we stop by the racks of pins every time we’re at the parks to see what’s new! Recently we spotted a new princess pin featuring Princess Leia from Star Wars. She may not wear a tiara like the other Disney princesses, but she has definitely earned her princess title! But, there’s something just a little off about this new pin. 

So little, that we didn’t even notice it the first time that we saw the pin a few weeks ago!

Princess Leia is a “Self-Rescuing PrinceSSS” — did you catch the typo? It’s only every once in a while that we catch a spelling error from Disney and this one isn’t nearly as embarrassing as some others! Has anyone been around here to remember the BoardWalk Inn Pool debacle or the Haunted Mansion Door Hanger?! I mean we’re only human. These things happen!

These pins might be a REALLY limited release if Disney notices the spelling error! You can find these at various stores in Disney World including Fantasia in Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Riverside Depot in Animal Kingdom.
