It looks like it’s a busy night at Disney Springs!
Since Disney World reopened, they have limited capacity in the theme parks, Disney Springs, and other locations across property. And while we’ve seen individual stores in Disney Springs hit capacity on numerous occasions, it has been much less common for Disney Springs itself to reach the capacity limit.
It looks like lots of guests are ready to get their weekend started with some shopping and dining! While driving past Disney Springs around 8PM this evening, we saw this sign indicating that Disney Springs is currently at capacity.
As shared in the reopening guidelines, guests are not allowed to park and enter Disney Springs once it has reached capacity. Even guests with dining reservations at a Disney Springs restaurant are not allowed to enter when it is at capacity.
We’ll continue to keep an eye on the crowds at Disney Springs as the typically busy holiday season approaches!

Do you know how restaurants are handling this situation, if you do have a reservation (such as cancellations)? Also, is there any way to check this before heading from a resort?
How is that fair?! They should allow guests with reservations before they allow public.
Katie, we were able to confirm that guests with dining reservations will be allowed entry to Disney Springs even when it’s at capacity.
