We know lots of things about the Disney parks but we also like to hear from YOU!
We’ve definitely got our fair share of Disney park opinions and we know you do too. That’s why we love to reach out to our readers via social media to see what YOU’RE thinking about Disney World and beyond. Recently, we asked out toughest question yet and the answer surprised us! How would you have answered?
We know what you’re thinking: What Disney question could possibly be THAT tough? Well, we’ll tell you. We reached out to our followers on Instagram to ask, “if you had to pick one Disney World park to NEVER visit again, which one would it be?” Yeah. It’s that tough.
The answers were shocking! 39% of those who answered chose Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Woah! That many of you would pass on Joe Rohde’s masterpiece?! EPCOT and Hollywood Studios got approximately 27% of the vote each, and Magic Kingdom was the least chosen with only 7.5% of the vote.
Ugh, our hearts hurt just THINKING about not being able to go to one of the Disney World parks! We’re not sure what we would choose if we had to pick; there’s an argument to be made for every park!
So, how would YOU answer our super hard question? Let us know in the comments below and follow us on Instagram to participate in future reader questions!

Probably Hollywood Studios if someone said I Must get rid of one. I love MK and DAK too much to not be able to visit.
I would say Magic Kingdom (and then cheat and go to Disneyland’s castle park!)
Animal Kingdom. Just because it’s too much like a zoo, though upscale.
It’d be Epcot for me. I’ve been a couple times and just didn’t get it. Too much concrete for me.
Hollywood Studios, although w/ the Star Wars and Toy Story rides (and the classic Tower of Terror!) it wouldn’t be an easy one! I actually think Epcot would be my next choice, although VERY reluctantly … but I could ultimately live without the rides at Epcot; I mostly only go for drinking and eating around the World Showcase (and, I mean, Soarin’ and Livin’ with the Land are amazing, don’t get me wrong).
Animal Kingdom is a legitimate masterpiece (though I’m looking forward to Epcot’s final, final reveal)! I’m surprised it wasn’t closer with HS. But yeah, MK is the OG and my absolute favorite … I could never, ever give it up.
EPCOT, but it would make me VERY sad.
Studios has geared to far away from its original intend and now serves the masses as just another thrill park with thrill rides. It is becoming a dark park and I prefer to be uplifted
Actually this is easy for me. As this is purely hypothetical, process by elimination. No way could I stop seeing the first two (MK or Epcot) for nostalgia reasons which leaves Hollywood Studies or Animal Kingdom, and I can’t give up my Star Wars. So yep. Goodbye (phew, not really) Animal Kingdom. I then rationalize my choice by noting at AK the main attraction are the animals, and there are some good zoos and animal parks out there (I’m looking at you San Diego, thanks). Other than that, fewer ‘rides’ at AK than any other park. See? Easy.
Nope not playing! It’s too hard. I would say Epcot but then I think about what’s coming to the park and what I would miss out on.
If, I really had to choose, I would choose Hollywood Studios. I love Toy Story Land, and even though the Star Wars Area is cool to see once or twice, I would not miss seeing it. Saying that though, several of my family members love it, so even that I would be sad for them if they couldn’t go there.
I love Animal Kingdom. Epcot is my number one though with AK close second. I love Haunted Mansion so need Magic Kingdom. It would have to be DHS although I would miss Slinky Dog Dash and Fantasmic. I get goose bumps when Mickey saves the day at the end! So glad we don’t actually have to choose!
I would say Animal Kingdom could go. It is nice but there are many zoo’s throughout this country to see these animals. The other three Kingdom’s have special items that are not seen in other states compared to
animals in Animal Kingdom. You do the ride and walk around that area and nothing has changed from year
to year.
Magic Kingdom although that would make me sad but I have to choose it over the others.
For me it would be Hollywood Studios.
HS as I go there very rarely due to the crowds and I really don’t care about Star Wars!
My answer is uncommon, but I would choose Magic Kingdom, but that’s because I live so close to Disneyland, and they’re so similar. Mine Train in the only ride there that is unique, and most of the others are of less quality than their DL counterparts.
My favorites are Epcot and AK. I skip HS on most of my trips and would have no problem with not going there ever again.
Epcot..I love animal kingdom. It is my families favorite park
Hollywood Studios, though I’ve yet to experience Galaxy’s Edge, so my decision doesn’t factor that land in (although I don’t think it would change my vote since the rides appear to both be simulators, which I do not like). The 2 new Toy Story rides are fun, but I can ride Mine Train in the place of Slinky Dog and Dumbo or another spinning ride in place of Alien Saucers. I would miss Tower of Terror and Midway Mania (but at least I still have Buzz Lightyear), but that’s about it. Rock n Roller Coaster makes me queasy, the old Star Wars ride is a simulator, and that’s it for rides. Food options are also poorest at that park. Only memorable meal was the lone time I ate at Brown Derby, and I feel like if I looked hard enough, I could find a comparable enough Cobb salad. Our Hollywood Studios day is usually eat an early lunch before going to the park, get early afternoon FastPasses, and leave go to a resort or Disney Springs for dinner.
Magic kingdom must go!!
This surprised me. I would definitely not go to the MK again. Why? I can see the castle and fireworks from the Contemporary and ride the rides in Disneyland. The other three parks are unique and can only be found at WDW.
Without a doubt it would be Hollywood Studios Unless you are a hard core Star Wars fan there isn’t really that much to do anymore. I would never give up Animal Kingdom. If you really go there to experience it and not just run from thrill ride to thrill ride, the experience is never the same. The animals constantly give variety and so do the cultural interactions and experiences(although that may not be the case due to Covid at the moment). If i had to pick two, I guess it would be Epcot in its present state. There used to be a lot to do but it’s become more of an eating and drinking extravaganza. I do enjoy the interactions with the Countries (but again Covid has derailed that). Magic Kingdom is ..well, Magic Kingdom. Even though I can’t go on manly of the rides any more,,there are always things for every age and everyone. Thanks for asking.
Easy, DAK . . . I’m more sensitive to fur-bourne allergens, than plant-based.
I’d have to do the Rise of The Resistance to be 100% sure, but as of right now I have to say Hollywood Studios. I would never be able to say Animal Kingdom. It is pretty much tied with Epcot for first place for my husband and me. Of course, we are older than most typical visitors and love shows more than rides. Oops, now I’m worrying about giving up the Frozen Sing Along at Hollywood. It’s just too hard to say!!
Epcot by FAR. Not even a question.
The only one I’d have a tough time with is EPCOT. Animal Kingdom I go for Everest but leave because of the heat. Hollywood Studios is too themed if the particular theme isnt your thing and Magic Kingdom rides are uncomfortable for tall people.
Epcot. Hands down. Not even a hard question. For me, it all goes down at Epcot. I end up injured or sick after Epcot. Every time. For my two week trip in January, I’ve booked one day in Epcot and that’s really more than enough.
Water parks !!
Epcot. It has a lot of positive things, but we enjoy the other parks more.
Not hard at all, Hollywood Studios. I’ve never really understood this park, even before the big Star Wars takeover. The Christmas Light Show was the biggest appeal to me and that’s gone. I’d rather do Epcot twice and forego HS.
It was an easy question for me. I have never enjoyed Animal Kingdom, with the exception of Kilimanjaro Safari.
I find the park too hot and claustrophobic.
Hmmmmm honestly either MK or HS for me. MK just doesn’t have that magic that Disneyland does, and for me it makes it the park we spend the least time in when in WDW. So probably that one if I still get to visit Disneyland ?
Easily I would pass on Magic Kingdom. It’s such a massive pain in the butt to travel to. No Magic Kingdom means I’ve still got Disneyland on the west coast, and Disneyland park beasts MK by a long shot as a singular park. Never would I cut out the parks that you can’t get anywhere else. Come on people. Smh on the Animal Kingdom hate. Best atmosphere and ambiance by far.
If I had to never see a park again (and the water parks are off the table), it would be Hollywood studios, while there are a few things I like, I am not a roller coaster person, so I can skip this park for sure. I cannot believe so m any chose Animal Kingdom, I love pandora but love the animals even more. I cannot wait until the WIld Animal Trek opens again.
At this moment in time, as things currently are. I would have to choose EPCOT. I enjoy EPCOT, and I am sure I will love GOTG when open. For me, an easy choice.
MK – Iconic
DS – ToT enough said.
AK – Favorite park. What Joe Rohde and his team did to a cow pasture. Every tree. Every plant. Every elevation change. In a word – Mesmerizing!
Hands down, DAK.
We always use Epcot as our rest day, because there isn’t a lot to see that you need to be up early for. We end up just walking around a lot and only spending half the day there. With all the additions there will definitely be a lot more to do/see.
Animal Kingdom. As much as I love the animals and Dinosaur, that’s about it for me. Pandora is just eh and I can never get on Flight of Passage whenever I’m there. It’s my least visited park when I come to Disney.
I’d have to pass on AK as well. It’s OK, but the rest are better IMHO. You’ll pry Epcot and MK from my cold, dead hands!
Universal without a doubt, (for the purposes of this hypothetical exercise Universal is a Disney park. ) there…..easy.
Magic Kingdom is my favourite I could do 2 days there and it would a great trip . It is Iconic a lot of rides and shows
No contest, Epcot. I have never understood its attraction. The pavilions are lame and there are better restaurants elsewhere. I’ve visited all of the actual countries in World Showcase and the actual countries are far better.
This is easy.Hollywood Studios. Love the others way too much. And as much as I love Rock n roller coaster and toy story mania, they ruined park by adding star wars and taking away Osbourne Family Christmas lights, great movie ride and lights action motor cars and backlot tour.
Hollywood Studios is our leaser favorite park so that would indeed be our choice not to again visit…Star Wars etc is cool but not enough to to keep us going if we had to eliminate one park…
Epcot. I have never really enjoyed it. Maybe with the new attractions it will be more appealing.
Easy, Typhoon Lagoon! I could live without the water parks! I can not live without the four main parks!
Probably Hollywood Studios. Other than the Twilight Zone ride, there isn’t a lot to do there. Yes, there is Star Wars but it’s always so crowded and you can never get on the rides unless your willing to stand around for 2 hours for a ride that is probably only 5 minutes long. With AK and Epcot, you can walk around and see the sites without standing in lines, and Magic Kingdom is…well Magic Kingdom!!
Epcot is out for me. I go might go once every couple of years. I know it on my to do list now because they are finally getting some updates done. However, with all the wine & food festivals, I might be visiting Epcot more often.
