Hey, guys, we’ve got another update for you today from Disney World! We’re trekking over to Animal Kingdom Lodge and Caribbean Beach Resort to see what’s going on over there.

There’s some new food and merch to go through, so let’s just jump right in!

Uzima Springs Pool Bar

We had to try the new Safari Mudslide at Uzima Springs Pool Bar because, after all, it’s drizzled with chocolate syrup. The Amarula Liquor, Kahlua, and Snow Leopard Vodka are good, too, we guess. You can try it for yourself for $14.

Animal Kingdom Lodge Construction Update

There are a few construction walls outside the main entrance to Jambo House. It looks like they might be doing some touch-up work on the exteriors here. We’ll let you know if we learn anything new.

It’s time to let your villain side show with Villain After Hours event taking place on select dates at the Magic Kingdom. You can also get down with your bad self with this Lion King-inspired shirt from WonderGround Gallery for $29.99. We’re still not over that wildebeest scene, okay!

Over at Kidani Village, we found these Mickey and Minnie key-chains for $9.99 each.

We get that it’s supposed to be the signature parts of their respective outfits, but it just took us by surprise to see all of the pieces of their wardrobes (including Mickey’s head?) strung on a chain like this. Do you agree?!

Centertown Market

When we popped into Centertown Market today, we noticed that the Underwater Princess Cupcake that bewitched us last year was now back in the case! You can grab this tasty under the sea treat for $5.49 or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit.
