UPDATE: Per guests in the park, we’re seeing that Aunt Polly’s opening seems to be delayed or halted for this holiday week. We’ll keep you updated with more information when we receive it.Aunt Polly’s
is a VERY seasonal counter service restaurant in Magic Kingdom, so we’re always excited when it opens up to guests (typically just a handful of times throughout the year).
What makes this even more fun is that finding this location — as it’s tucked on Tom Sawyer Island — is an adventure in itself!
Aunt Polly’s will once again be serving guests over the 4th of July holiday.
Here you will find some simple yet delicious eats. The last time the location opened, they served Becky’s Buttery Biscuit BBQ Sliders and a Peanut Butter, Nutella, and Banana Sandwich.
Other items on the menu have included a Peanut Butter Raspberry Preserve Sandwich, Soft Pretzel Sticks, and a Mississippi Mud Brownie.
But, if any menu changes have taken place this time around, we’ll be sure to let y’all know! 🙂
Aunt Polly’s will be open June 29 – July 6, 2019, from 11 AM to 3 PM.So, grab a Root Beer Float or a Sweet Tea Slushie and kick back on Aunt Polly’s porch just like the good ‘ole days.

It’s one of my favorite spots, mostly because no one seems to know that it’s there. There is always a place to sit in the shade when the rest of the park is hot and crowded.
Yes, I visited Aunt Polly’s years ago, before Disney decided that it didn’t make enough money to keep open year round. (Walt didn’t care about things like that and just wanted to give people everything he possibly could, which is why Disney has such a wonderful legacy now. Back then people were truly guests. Now they’re more like profit sources.)
It’s not open today, June 29–I regret taking the crowded raft over here haha.
We just tried to go to Aunt Polly’s and unfortunately it is still closed. We were so excited but I guess the information got mixed up.
This was a favorite of mine back in the day when it was open daily. We could sit here and have some ice cream while the kids explored the island and they would know where to get us if they needed us. It was a win/win
We were so excited to finally try Aunt Polly’s but unfortunately it was not open when we arrived there yesterday afternoon.
Rachel, Aunt Polly has been keeping limited hours — 11AM to 3PM, we believe. We’ll look into it!
