Well this one is interesting! Orange and vanilla soft serve with…sparkling apple cider?! Yep, that’s what we found today at Magic Kingdom’s Sunshine Tree Terrace under the fun moniker “FOMOsa!”

For those who don’t know, FOMO stands for “Fear of Missing Out,” and Disney’s hoping that when you see someone walking by with this champagne flute full of goodness, you’ll definitely experience some serious FOMO!

The new float features the orange cream swirl — vanilla and orange Dole Whip, basically — doused in sparkling apple cider. You can likely get this with citrus swirl inside as well, since it is available at Sunshine Tree Terrace.
When we bought ours, we got lots of stares and questions about where we got it, so we’re pretty sure Disney’s going to have a winner on their hands here — at least from the FOMO perspective.

Flavors here are super sweet, with that slight bite from the cider. It’s refreshing and feels oddly decadent to sip from a champagne flute in the Magic Kingdom. The apple flavor in the cider was still prominent even with the orange meltdown; and while it’s not a flavor combo we would have come up with on our own, the flavors went well together as a float.
The texture is the same as a standard float, but being served in the champagne flute, it’s…well…REALLY difficult to consume. So plan to attack with a spoon first!

I must have missed it… when did the price jump to $5.99 on the regular Citrus Swirl? Six months or so ago, I would swear it was still $4.29…
Had one today was super yummy . We couldn’t decide which to have so had one of each .
