Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom
introduced guests to brand new character cones just under two months ago, and now one of them has flown the coop! Aloha Isle‘s Hei Hei Character Cone is currently unavailable.

The Hei Hei Character Cone was a combination of traditional pineapple Dole Whip and raspberry Dole Whip atop a blue wafer cone. Sugar eyes and a sour candy ‘comb’ completed the adorable design.
Hei Hei Cone
No official reason has been released for the removal of this popular cone from the menu. Cast members say that the lovable rooster from Moana was a temporary addition but that raspberry Dole Whip may return (perhaps as early as May). In the meantime, Aloha Isle continues to offer pineapple Dole Whip, vanilla soft serve, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and the Dole Whip Float. Also of note: the Adventure is Out There Cone at Auntie Gravity’s and the Lost Princess Cone at Storybook Treats are still available!

Probably because the lines yo get one we’re completely unmanageable. It created a crowd nightmare in that area that was untenable.
Nooooo i was going next weekend and really wanted this!
I got one last month and I really liked the raspberry. We were there during streak and the lines weren’t that bad. I would say only 20 % of the people actually got one when we were in line. Everyone else was enjoying the other dole whip offerings.

I am thinking it was because it took so long to wait in line? Least when I was there the two weeks ago it seemed the person was having trouble with keeping up with them as most people where ordering it.
We were there last week and got one and it was so yummy and cute! My son loved it! I did try to order it on the mobile app but it wasnt there so we had to wait in line for the hei hei but totally worth it. Also the mobile ordering is amazing! Made it so easy!
Darn. I was hoping to get one of these at the end of May. I will stay tuned because I know DFB will let us know if these return!!
I am so bummed. Was just there and did t get it and we are going again on May so I was going to get it then. Learned my lesson not to wait!! I hope they bring it back. It looked so cute!! IS there somewhere we can tell them we want it back?
We loved the Hei Hei cone. It was delicious. Hope they bring it back. You got both of the best – Raspberry and Pineapple.

Oh no!! I was really hoping to get that hei hei cone in September. It was one of the things I was most excited about. Sad.

After being disappointed that the Hei Hei was gone, I returned on Saturday, April 20th, and it was back! I couldn’t use Mobile ordering, but standing in line scored me one. It was delish!
