Disney Springs Twitter has put the spotlight on Vivoli il Gelato and its newest treat — the Bombolato!
Your choice of house-made gelato is served in a warm Italian donut.
It’s cold-meets-warm and strikes us as reminiscent of a snack we truly love in Epcot’s France Pavilion: the Croque Glaces at L’artisan des Glaces, which presents their house-made ice cream in a pressed brioche. We’re looking forward to giving it a bite soon and finding out if that is indeed the case! How about you?

Looks like an easier version to share of brioche pressed ice cream in France, with less bread! Not that I didn’t like my inhalation of one a few most ago!
Well this has to be better than the literal ice cream sandwich of ice cream in bread in France. I tried it and the brioche is not sweet at all. All that hype over it – I was really disappointed in it. This I’ll try. Conversely, I hope it’s not slickly sweet with two sweet components.
Yes. We will be trying these. They look really great. QUESTION: is DDP accepted here as a snack credit at this restaurant for anything and if so, what?
Cathy, here’s the link to an AllEars menu page where the DDP snack credit logos are included for certain items. (There are several items, and rather than try to type them out here, I recommend you scroll through.) I hope this helps!
