Now, your mind may not automatically leap to Future World when you consider dining options in Epcot. After all, the park is home to World Showcase with its myriad of restaurants and snack stops featuring cuisine from around the globe.
But if you’ve always bypassed Future World eats in favor of World Showcase, you’ll want to watch our newest DFB YouTube video to learn about some of the options unique to Future World, including one of our all-time favorite character meals, some super yummy popcorn, and one of the best dessert bakery cases in all of Disney World.

We like Sunshine Seasons, but the noise level makes it hard for my son, who has autism, to remain calm during a meal. It does have really good choices for a QS, though, including more interesting stuff for kids. Pre-child, my husband and I loved having breakfast at Electric Umbrella when the only parks were MK and Epcot. We still talk about the good and filling breakfast pizzas they served. Wish they would bring those back!
Sunshine Seasons has something for everyone and the food is good. You’re right that the Corasl Reef isn’t great for food quality, but as a lover of the ocean and its creatures, I love that place (although I don’t go often).
We all know it has the best variety for eating all types of palates and convenient eating after finishing Soarin’, but we also love Sunshine seasons for breakfast. Hidden gem with power wraps, oatmeal, cinnamon bread pudding and a side of bacon, and unlimited bakery items and drinks. We switch from here and Patisserie in France which opens early too for breakfast when in EPCOT.
