In late April, it was announced that Paddlefish is coming to Disney Springs. Formerly Fulton’s Crab House, this spot will keep its focus on fresh seafood in a Signature dining venue… albeit in an updated, modernized setting.

Though we have to wait until this Fall for Paddlefish to open (with a late November estimate), the culinary team is already hard at work creating dishes for the restaurant; and over the past few weeks they’ve been sharing “Sneak Peeks” via their Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
Sneak Peek Number One was for this gorgeous Lobster Boil (reminiscent of the one guests loved at Fulton’s).

Our first trip is October 7-15 and my husband and I are both seafood fanatics. Fulton’s was the one place I absolutely HAD to try and it was a huge disappointment to find out they were closing. Hoping for a miracle to be able to get in but booked morimoto as a backup.
Going to Disney World in May 2017. Paddlefish will be our first “Signature Restautant” of our trip. Once we unpack, we plan to take the water taxi to Disney Springs and enjoy a fine meal and celebrate vacation time with our adult children and Grandchildren!
Will be staying at Fort Wilderness in our motor home for two weeks in February, 2017.
My wife and I are Very much looking forward to dining at the “new” Paddlefish” restaurant.

Jeanne — It’s not open yet, but it’s expected to be open very soon, so it should be available for your trip. 🙂

Definitely not Fultons! Service is slow, food under cooked and does not fit the description on the menu … definitely not worth using two tables of your dining plan. There are definitely better restaurants for seafood!
