We’re always looking forward to the newest cupcake creations in Disney World. And even though we JUST shared a new favorite Disney cupcake with you last week, I couldn’t wait to tell you about these, too!
As you know, counter-service locations like ABC Commissary, Starring Rolls, Pizza Planet, and other Disney’s Hollywood Studios restaurants, often feature specialty cupcakes. Here are a few to add to your Disney Snack list on your next trip!
Lemon Meringue Cupcake

This is the perfect confection for those who (like me) love a little sour with their sweet. In this newly debuted Lemon Meringue Cupcake, you’ll find yellow cake and a frothy toasted marshmallow frosting.

The pretty colored chocolate shavings are a nice Springtime touch! But there’s more…!!
And we’re happy to report that the “surprise inside” cupcakes continue here! You’ll find sweet/sour lemon curd (you guys know how I feel about lemon curd…more please!) adding a moist and flavorful center to this treat.

Kat tells us that this cupcake was absolutely “Delish!” She also informed us that the “frosting was super light & a little sticky, like marshmallow foam.”

St. Patrick’s Day Cupcake
Back again for a limited time this year is the St. Patrick’s Day Cupcake.

We can’t wait to try this chocolate cupcake complete with green peppermint buttercream! The hat is white chocolate, and the ears are vanilla wafers dipped in dark chocolate. Yum!
Easter Cupcake
And just around the corner, you’ll be able to find the Easter Cupcake popping up again at the Studios.

This one is pineapple-coconut, topped with buttercream and coconut shavings. The bunny ears are white chocolate!

I was there at the beginning of the month and I had the Lemon Meringue cupcake at ABC Commissary and it was absolutely amazing! It was so light, perfect balance of sweet and sour, and the little white chocolate shavings added the perfect amount of decadence. I am still craving it like crazy!!!
Okay, I totally thought the pink shavings on that cupcake were ham. Glad to see it’s chocolate. Lemon curd is the best. Can’t wait to get my hands on this!

I’m so excited to hear the lemon meringue cupcake is at ABC Commissary! My husband makes some times 2 or 3 stops in there each trip just for the chocolate mousse – now I can get something for me too!
